The only thing that works…

My husband is part of what is referred to as the “sensitive group” when it comes to air quality and things that trigger asthmatic symptoms. Cough control works well

I’ve been using the product for a month and really helps a lot. I have a chronic cough from a variant asthma and allergies. Some days I will need to take 3-4 tablets throughout the day, other days maybe 2-3. They last awhile when dissolving on your tongue and the flavor is mild.

I took this at the beginning of a sinus issue (infection ?). I always get very sick from those. But recently I have tried to be ahead of the game and take Brillia at the beginning of the symptoms (that is the most important step!). It helps tremendously on shortening or decreasing the severity of my illness. So far……. . I am a believer!!!!!

A: Each Brillia Health Cough Control tablet has a minuscule amount of aspartame. Many people can’t use homeopathic because of the lactose. You have to weigh risk vs benefit. It’s not like gum or diet soda where you take it every day in large quantities. Normally we use lactose but in order to make the Brillia Health Cough Control able to be used by people with lactose intolerance, and safe for those who have to monitor their sugar levels, this is the ingredient that is used. Only using Brillia Cough Control for a few days to get relief is a minimal amount that is consumed. Please let us know if you have any other questions. There are other medications that have Aspartame: Mucinex Children’s Cough Effervescent Tablets, and others. Brillia Health Cold-Flu Recovery does not have aspartame in it.

Just to help you compare, there is 0.4125 mg of Aspartame in each tablet. The average stick of gum contains 6 to 8 milligrams of aspartame (a 12 ounce can of Diet Coke, meanwhile, provides 180 milligrams.).
